Originally, Chez Biceps BBQ was just a modest trailer parked in a field next to a railroad track.

When the highway was built in the early 1970s, it had to be towed to its current location, placed on a foundation, enlarged, and covered with barn boards in 1976. Years passed, and the former vacant lot bordered by railroad tracks was transformed into a pleasant green park. The railroad tracks became a bike path name ''cheminots''.

What was once the first pizzeria in the region has become the first smokehouse.

Biceps BBQ is more than a restaurant: it is a story of resilience, adaptation, and passion that has taken root in the community through boldness and perseverance.
