ICE WALL CIDER

Created to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Chez Biceps BBQ, an exclusive collaboration between Au Pied de Cochon and Vincent Chatigny.

Cold temperatures trigger a biochemical reaction in which the tree converts starch into sugars to protect itself. This defense mechanism transforms apples into floating spheres of ice that float through space.

The ripe, hardened fruit is then transformed into juice and fermented using traditional methods directly in the orchard.

Infused with blueberry and camerise liqueur, this potion plunges us into a state of contemplation where the bottle is reinterpreted not as a container, but as a circular barrier that prevents its contents from flowing into the void!

This is where expertise meets the limits of the known, or rather our own limits. This would be the reason why no one can ''go at the limit''.
